PECAN PIE with BOURBON & CHOCOLATE CHIPS

 

2 eggs ¼ cup cornstarch
1 cup sugar 1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup melted butter 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 - 3 tablespoons bourbon 1 - 9" unbaked pie shell
   
Beat eggs, slowly add sugar, add butter & bourbon.  Blend in cornstarch.  Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.  Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 350° F, 40 - 45 minutes.
