PECAN PIE with BOURBON & CHOCOLATE CHIPS
2 eggs | ¼ cup cornstarch |
1 cup sugar | 1 cup chopped pecans |
½ cup melted butter | 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips |
2 - 3 tablespoons bourbon | 1 - 9" unbaked pie shell |
Beat eggs, slowly
add sugar, add butter & bourbon. Blend in cornstarch. Stir in
nuts and chocolate chips. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° F, 40 - 45 minutes. |
