Lemon Milk Sherbet
| 1 1/4 - cup sugar | |
| 1/3 cup lemon juice | |
| 1 lemon rind | |
| 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract | |
| 2 cups milk | |
| Combine sugar, lemon juice, rind & lemon extract. Add milk. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Freeze in ice cream tray until frozen. Remove from tray and whip. Refreeze. | |
